PRICES QUOTED ARE PER NIGHT

The Villa sleeps four, in one queen size bed and two single beds (single beds can be converted into a King conversion).

The Vardo sleeps 2, in one queen size bed.

Please take note of our deposit policy:

  • If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
  • If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
  • If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Please take note of our general terms and conditions:

  • Pets strictly by prior arrangement only and limited to small companion animals;
  • No smoking inside the villa;
  • Children must always be supervised;
  • Parents are solely responsible for bringing children to the establishment and do so entirely at their own risk and that of their children.
  • Should a guest of Treedom Villas (Pty) Ltd. not wish to travel, valid for stays up to & including 31 August 2021, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Treedom Villas (Pty) Ltd will issue a credit note to the value of their cancelled booking to use for when next they book, with Treedom Villas (Pty) Ltd., for a future stay, valid for 12 months from date of initial booking.
  • Only one amendment to travel dates may be made and should the season change to a higher season rate, the new rate will be applied and charged accordingly.
  • Amendments may only be made once on any booking and must be in writing via email, and may be made up to 30 days prior to travel. Accommodation would be subject to availability upon booking.
  • Outright cancellations of bookings with Treedom Villas (Pty) Ltd. will result in our standard terms and conditions and cancellation policies being applied and guests will be required to claim a refund from their travel insurance.
  • We have the right to alter these terms & conditions at any time and will send out notifications of these changes. We are actively monitoring the situation and this policy will be regularly updated as appropriate to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests.

Traveling to Treedom:

  • Social distancing is easily achieved here at Treedom as we are in a secluded forest.
  • Treedom is a safe destination free from any crowds.
  • Food can be delivered which eliminates shopping.
  • Treedom has not had any travellers from restricted countries over the past 5 weeks.
  • We have lots of activities which require little or no social interaction.
  • We welcome families who need a break from all this negativity and need a peaceful and safe place to unwind and recharge.

“Stunning location. Perfectly situated in order for my family and I to experience the extraordinary world of Wilderness, arguably the most beautiful part of South Africa.
